I cannot remember because the outstanding Insectarium contains over 20 main exhibit areas and more than 100 species. Other than perhaps the one at Cincinnati Zoo, the Saint Louis "Bug House" is the best of its kind in the United States. Looking at the photo I seem to remember house flies and a type of spider in exhibits set within the window, plus a cockroach exhibit of some kind inside the fridge. If one were to open the cupboards then they would find all sorts of kitchen equipment and tins of fake food.
