This is going to become an iconic zoo nerd image from a visit to Berlin Zoo. How does the spectacular new Rhino House compare to the legendary Hippo House?
@snowleopard It's a perfectly fine exhibit, but it felt a bit incongruous with the Lowland tapirs on one side and the Indian rhinos on the other. Would've been nice to have Malayan tapirs instead, or even have some sort of equid instead of the warty pigs and have all three Perissodactyl families . Exhibits were fine, nice indoors for the rhinos I guess but it wasn't as stand-out as the Hippo exhibit.
