@Benosaurus I was wondering the same thing, because it is tiny indeed. I assume it is for a keeper to crawl into the middle space for enrichment? Or maybe it's just in case a worker needs to access the inner fence for repair? They do have a larger enrichment wall to the right of this (that had doors closed over it and not in use when I was there).
