I can't say I've ever seen a jaguar exhibit like this on zoo chat or in person... I can see it's electrified but does it really seem that secure in person?

@ThomasNotTom I agree that the exhibit does not look safe at all, as an excited Jaguar could surely leap over the short electrified fence and onto the larger one. Shocking, right? Some small, privately-run zoos certainly have dodgy fencing for big cats...check out this exhibit at Tiger Safari in the USA:
