Is this simply a pool-with-underwater-viewing in an old enclosure, or is it a whole new exhibit? If the former, where in the zoo is it?

Looking at this photo, I thought the wood planks at top were inside the exhibit at the top of the cement (making for an ugly backdrop). But when I look at your other photo from a different (wider) angle, I see the wood planks are outside and form the frame of the glass.

Here's the link to the map of the zoo; the Jaguars are joined to the White Tigers. It's not a large enclosure and it is literally a mound with a water tank, with a couple tree bits. The pair were grooming each other and looked happy enough until the rain came down. As an exhibit, I wonder what use they would make of the tank other than talks when food is thrown in. Only the male went in and it looked as if he took a piece of meat or two to his lady friend.

I was thinking it was the Black "panthers" enclosure, but that looks like where the ruffed lemurs are.
For me, if I was local then i'd be happy to visit regularly. However, if I was local I wouldn't have gone yesterday with that weather :) I'll do some sort of review of my trip when I get home.
