Chester keep Jaguars, Asian Lions, Sumatran Tigers, Cheetah and Serval
The Jaguar enclosure is the best of all 4 (it's on Zoolex) and is a high quality exhibit for both the public and the animals. The lion and tiger enclosures are both quite old, yet very well suited to the animals. It was built in 2001
The lion enclosure has climbing platforms, established trees, long grass and hiding spots. It holds 1.1 currently and is more than spacious enough (could hold another 0.1 in my opinion)
The tiger enclosure is slightly smaller, however it is extremely well planted and it is quite hard to spot the animals at times. It has a large public viewing window.
The cheetah enclosure is fantastic. Differing levels of terrain, long grass, climbing platforms, seperation enclosures and excellent viewing spots (there are some great photos in the gallery). It was built last year.
The serval enclosure is new and I haven't seen it yet
