The penguin encounter is a paid extra attraction where guests are taken behind the scenes to a small room where they may sit down in a semi circle as African penguins: Randi, Sandy, Paula, Simon, Blueberry, Greenbean, Speckles, and Red Pepper can roam around them.
I was hesitant on posting this due to the logo however, after discussions with the company's (photo department) manager (I no longer work there), I was told because I both took the photo myself and because I later purchased it, I have all the rights to do whatever I may want with the picture.
