Asia: Japanese Serow. May 8, 2018. When I visited in September 2016, the zoo had four animals including one born there a few months earlier. As of this visit, the zoo had four animals, including one born in 2017, die over the course of the preceding year. They now only have this single female, which is the original animal the zoo received.
I like the fact that you normally/often add a comment with additional info to your photos. It's a real plus for me and I'm surprised so few other posters do this.
@ThylacineAlive Sad to see this beautiful species dying out in the states, I remember they were one of my favorite species to go and see at the Woodland Park Zoo around a decade ago.
