Javan Gibbon enclosure (cage)

There are several cages for this species at different parts of the zoo. This one is the biggest and the best furnished of them ... one of the best gibbon enclosure I have ever seen. Previously Siamangs lived here.

It is wonderful to see so many climbing structures for the primates, and the height of the enclosure is hugely impressive. Is one section for viewing through glass?

Several of the cages at Howletts have windows like this, I assume they're newer than the ones without.

yes i think so , it gives the animals more privacy
