Leelee was surrendered to LPG&Z by a citizen that found her on the ground and thought she was in trouble because she was not flying. She is a juvenile who was learning to fly and hunt, fresh from the nest. I have handled her since that day, she comes to the glove, is learning commands, and is very gentle for a raptor, even allowing me to clean her beak after feedings.
