Out of curiosity does anybody know when the San Diego Zoo stopped exhibiting penguins? I first visited the zoo in 1979 and I don't remember penguins then.
Did they stop exhibiting penguins out of some kind of agreement with SeaWorld once they opened their big penguin complex?
SDZ gave all their penguins to Sea World when they came to town to show that they wouldnt try to compete with Sea World and would rather work as a partner. IDK the date though.
