I was surprised to see the two kune kune pigs from the children's area being walked through the zoo on a busy Saturday afternoon. They have been trained with these red targets and followed their keepers slowly and ponderously: but they behaved very well, occasionally sniffing at bags or pushchairs but always responding to their keepers. I think they enjoyed themselves and the children watching did too.
