@Mr Gharial Sadly, since Beauval is such a huge park and I was in a constant hurry through the whole visit so I could see as much as I could (and I missed a few things!) I didn't really keep up a decent list with what you can find in every exhibit, I just listed the animals I saw and didn't mind to take under account which species live where. Despite this I can make a loose list of what I think I saw at the aviary:
Great curassow (Crax rubra rubra), Black-bellied whistling duck (Dendrocygna autumnalis), Upland goose (Chloephaga picta), Muscovy duck (Cairina moschata), Speckled teal (Anas flavirostris flavirostris), Cinnamon teal (Spatula cyanoptera), Red shoveler (Spatula platalea), Puna teal (Spatula puna), Patagonian crested duck (Lophonetta specularioides specularioides), Spectacled duck (Speculanas specularis), Ring-necked duck (Aythya collaris), Lake duck (Oxyura vittata), Caribbean flaimgo (Phoenicopterus ruber), Maguari stork (Ciconia maguari), Eastern brown pelican (Pelecanus occidentalis carolinensis), Black-crowned night heron (Nycticorax nycticorax nycticorax), Scarlet ibis (Eudocimus ruber), American white ibis (Eudocimus albus), Black-faced ibis (Theristicus melanopis), Puna ibis (Plegadis ridgwayi) and King vulture (Sarcoramphus papa)
In separate exhibits within the aviary you can find two mixed exhibits for mammals, one with Giant anteaters (Myrmecophaga tridactyla) and Colombian black spider monkeys (Ateles fusciceps rufiventris) and another one with Venezuelan red howler monkeys (Alouatta seniculus seniculus) and White-faced sakis (Pithecia pithecia). I didn't get to see the sakis and anteaters.
