This pavilion houses a show called "La gruta de los búhos". The park claims to be one of the very few (if not the only) places to have a demonstration of exclusively flying owls. The demonstration showcases several species of owls, some of which your rarely see in flight shows. I really enjoyed it, the focus on information and behaviours you rarely see in birds of prey demonstrations and I really appreciated that. These are the acts:
- Brown wood owl (Strix leptogrammica) and Spectacled owl (Pulsatrix perspicillata)
- Siberian eagle-owl (Bubo bubo sibiricus)
- Verreaux eagle-owl (Bubo lacteus)
- Bengal eagle-owl (Bubo bengalensis)
- Western European barn owl (Tyto alba alba), Chaco owl (Strix chacoensis) and Western tawny owl (Strix aluco sylvatica)
- Snowy owl (Bubo scandiacus)
- Burrowing owl (Athene cunicularia)
- Northern white-faced scops-owl (Ptilopsis leucotis)
