I've seen worse but this is indeed a pretty worrying case of feather plucking . In general this zoo is in a poor state except the Red-necked wallaby/Demoiselle crane exhibit which isn't bad otherwise a lot of exhibits are either overstocked (Barbary sheep), poor (a lot to list, but this one , the cockatoo cage and the barbary macaque cage are exemples) or even both (lovebirds).
In general it's not sufficient enough (it doesn't get enough money from the municipality and it's free to enter) and I remember an era where there was a lot more species and some good enclosures (even though even at time it wasn't great).
A generic small , poor welfare-wise zoo basically.
