Construction of enclosure for the Lace Monitors which the zoo got in about 2018/2019 but which have never been on display. It looks like the exhibit is going to look like a human house (the theme of the Australian section is mostly suburbia and soap operas), and the monitor enclosure itself appears to be the front room of the house.
The blue and white structure to the left is the entrance to the Australian area which is walk-through.
