It was a normal boat trip until we had just passed gorilla colony and Lady Bath had got herself stuck in the Reeds. It was Very Chilly so the crew handed out foil blankets as we were there for about an hour and 20 minutes. We eventually got rescued by other staff and were given £5 vouchers .
