Land of the Tiger is certainly going to be a popular addition to what is already one of the better zoos in the United States. I'm surprised at the huge size of the warty pig and babirusa exhibits as they appear almost as larger as the two tiger enclosures. The whole area will look even better in the future as lush Florida foliage sprouts up everywhere, and is there still a long-term plan to add sun bears to this part of the zoo? Land of the Tiger is a great way for the zoo to welcome visitors in its 100th year!

I felt the same way when I saw the exhibit for the first time. The exhibits are pretty long as both follow the path up to the Tiger exhibits. I have no doubt by next year this section will be lush after a year of growth for the plants.

Well according to the master plan I saw back in 2008 did mention an Asian Plaza, Gibbon Island (both of which is confirm), a Sun Bear exhibit, Flying Fox, and a Langur/Muntjac for Phase II of Monsoon Asia. However this plan was made before the current zoo director came to the zoo, hopefully all of the animals are still included though.
