Look at the first one (Madagascar turtle dove), it's redish and blue along with a red eye and it is uniformly coloured; its wings are nearly totally red. While the second (Laughing dove) has a black eye, brown and blue wings and are more coloured than the Madagascar turtle dove. Back in August 2017, I have seen both laughing doves and Madagascar turtle doves in the Fasanerie; if that helps.
