The 'Green Mile' reborn. While still not the most attractive building, this is a much better use - and in a crucial development from the previous leopard exhibit, Twycross now has a divisible outdoor space for leopards. Sadly, you now need exceptional luck to see a cuscus, however, as the exhibit can only been seen at a distance and end-on.

mmmm.... This would be my least favourite of the Twycross 'changes'- it is obviously better for the Leopards, they have more space and two outdoor areas etc. But IMO there's still no hiding this conversion of a hideously ugly row of ex-chimp cages. Also with the original Tiger/Leopard cage conversion they really made an effort to landscape it with planting etc resulting in it looking very attractive- it seems more half-hearted this time?

In a different economic climate this recycling would probably not have happened and this awful row of cages would have been demolished- still the preferred option IM0, although this obviously does work.
