Lied Jungle - Malayan Tapir/Francois Langur Exhibit

Has this exhibit been modified to allow the tapirs/s access to the upper level? I seem to remember them being kept off the top part of the exhibit so that plants could grow up there.
 
@PAT This exhibit is far from great but it is definitely larger than how it appears in photos.At one point the tapir(s) were not allowed access to the upper level but there is a wooden set of stairs on the far side (near the waterfall) that are easy for a tapir to utilize. Between the two levels of substrate and the huge pool, this exhibit is better than it looks. Elsewhere in the Lied Jungle building is a smaller, mediocre Baird's Tapir exhibit but overall the jungle rainforest is simply spectacular.
