Regarding at my opinion, these are saddle-back tamarins.

The saddle backs that i've seen had less white on their face, thats why i asked.

In my opinion, there are Moustached Tamarins (Saguinus mystax) on the picture.

You are right Jana, they really seem to be moustached tamarins, regarding at ISIS they have 1,1.

I wasn't sure of the species so I left the description to be vague...but moustached tamarins sounds familiar.
