Home to Rudd (Scardinius erythrophthalmus), Tench (Tinca tinca), Mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio carpio), Ruffe (Gymnocephalus cernua) and Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus). The last one is presumable a stand in for the European sea sturgeon A. sturio (formerly native to the Maas/Meuse river).
