This exhibit looks incredibly lush after a scorching hot California summer, but it was closed for a few months and modified with extra plantings and various other small alterations. I know that there are many ZooChatters that consider Lion Camp the #1 lion exhibit in the United States, which is saying a lot as there are many top-notch lion habitats at major American zoos.
