One of the best lion habitats in North America, and it is quite large in size. This photo shows perhaps 35% of the entire enclosure, and there are multiple viewing areas and glass windows into one section of the exhibit. The grass can become rather long in the summer, the trees provide an abundance of shade, and 30 years later this is still an excellent exhibit.
