The exhibit is the Seashore exhibit in the Aquatic Bird Building. They made some modifications to the exhibit- at least four burrows in the dunes and a low glass wall in the water area at the front of the exhibit.
As for the other birds in the exhibit they were still on display, don't know if the penguins will be added with the birds or they will be removed.
As of yesterday the penguins were mixed with the other birds in that exhibits: Common Tern, Forster's Tern, Black Oystercatcher, and Bufflehead...possibly Smew but I can't remember.
I took a photo of the exhibit that I can post later.
