The bird seemed quite distressed - probably because it was the only one in the enclosure - and made several attempts to get out...which it eventually did
I don´t know what to write about anybody that keeps 1 or 2 flamingos alone longterm. Animal cruelty comes pretty close to it, but add some fury and insults.
