There is definitely not a dolphin in there. If you go to the top of the coliseum you can see in, and the tank was half full, with green sludge instead of water.
 
The outdoor pool in past years was empty except for rare situations. The indoor pool complex is generally where the seals and turtles were held. Only rarely would they rescue a dolphin, and in those instances this pool would be used.
