Long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis)

Phetchaburi, 02-11-2023. The fourth of seven species of primate we saw in Thailand. A locally very common species in large parts of SE Asia, this species is often found near human activity as was the case in Phetchaburi.
I didn't encounter any problems with them, but yes you have to be careful around them, especially the dominant males.
