What did you think of the rotational exhibits at Louisville? Similar to Point Defiance, a range of Asian species could be in any enclosure on any particular day. Did you find it to be a success or was the idea not executed properly?

@snowleopard Hated them. I could see occasionally rotating a few more similar species, but a tapir (or a tiger) should not be in an indoor exhibit filled with ropes and climbing things for apes! Likewise, the exhibits more designed for the large mammals offer very little for the apes. In addition to that, the exhibits aren't all right next to one another, and there's no helpful signage indicating where they are. I saw tigers twice, and I have no idea if it was the same tiger being moved while I was walking between them, or what. Of five possible species, I only saw two, across four exhibits. Give them each their own exhibit, and occasionally rotate the tapir and tiger between each other, and the siamang and orangutan separately. Babirusa could do fine with any short-term but need digging options that an indoor ape exhibit certainly doesn't offer.
