The Grand Café Flamingo is a little bit more upscale and expensive than the other restaurants at Antwerp, but the food there is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this lasagna.
@Arizona Docent I haven't been to America (and probably never will), but I can say that my food experiences at European zoos have been fairly mixed. I've had some good and some bad zoo lunches (but rarely truly awful) and a lot of average. I would say it very much depends on the facility and how much effort they put into what they serve.
