Is this a new exhibit? When I visited last Januarry the lynx were in a cage, not an open enclosure like this. We could get very close to them in that cage, which was near a big waterfowl aviary and the Crocodile House.
Yes, this is a new exhibit. A complex of lynx open enclosure and wildcat cage (you asked below another photo) was opened in April 2012 and it is situated in european part of zoo, next to mouflons and brown bears.
