They're opposite the rhino paddock, near the mandrills. They've never shown themselves at Paignton before even though I've been trying for as long as I can remember to spot them!
I saw one lying at the back of the enclosure once, but that's the most I've seen of them. For me it appears to vary in different zoos: When London had them they were fully active on the two or three occasions I passed their enclosure.
