Mangrove Gerygone (Gerygone levigaster)

Nudgee Beach Wetlands Boardwalk, December 2020.

This species has one of the most melodious calls I have ever heard - it carries throughout the mangroves. eBird describes it as, "a tinkling melodious string of notes moving up and down in pitch (like a musician practicing scales)."
