Replacing their Saddle-billed Storks
@Moebelle And they still kept the African elephant skull... If they really wanted a South American exhibit so bad with the crested screamers, currasows and tamarins, Why couldn't they have just put them in Wings of The World?

@Wyman Jungle Trails is no longer geographically themed, and hasn't been for four years when the genet was moved into the Asian building. No more Asia and Africa just randomly placed rainforest dwelling animals. I can also tell that this is a temporary order as their screamers seem to have been thrown around all over the zoo for last few years.

@Moebelle this looks to be a perfect exhibit for duikers or pudu, honestly. (I doubt they have the space to build a holding area). Or they could keep the "swamp" theme and bring back shoebills.

@Wyman I was actually thinking it would better suit the Capybaras, especially with the pool in front, which is bigger and deeper than what the photo shows. With Roo Valley nearing, I would like to see rodents stay and this would be an appropriate spot for a star species. Getting tired of this exhibit being ignored. As you mentioned though, there is no holding area, so it may continue to be home to birds.
