Jana 20 Jul 2018 Both melanistic and leucistic springboks used to be kept in Dvur Kralove and other European zoos in larger numbers in the past (ca 1960s-1980s), bot nowadays these genes show themselves only from to time in some herds. Dvur Kralove has now one melanistic bull too.
