These primate enclosures appear much better than the others that Torre Design created at Lowry Park and Audubon. Of course Memphis's Primate Canyon is a bit newer than the primate areas at those other zoos.
The Memphis Zoo has an impressive selection of primates, and almost all of the exhibits (there are a couple of dodgy ones) are of average quality. However, none of those primate habitats are anything outstanding, much like the entire Memphis Zoo. It has some badly outdated exhibits, many average ones, but nothing earthshattering. Arguably the best thing about the zoo is the Egyptian-themed entrance, and the new Northwest Passage set of habitats is okay.
