In one of the cages on the top level of the roofed area surrounding the tropical hall, kept together with 2 long-tailed glossy starlings (with only a sign for long-tailed).
Most easily identified from the very similar long-tailed glossy starlings by the black eyes, as opposed to the long-tailed glossy starling's white eyes.

Olmen is the only European zoo to keep this species.
