This is the only open air ocelot exhibit i have seen anywhere. It is moated, has also a glass barrier, with natural vegetation and trees, which the ocelots climb often. The ocelots have bred here.
The one at my local Arizona Sonora Desert Museum was open top for a long time - I mean like 20 or 30 years - and then several years ago they covered it with mesh.
