Not every individual of a species looks exactly the same so I still think it's a possibility.
It's a very common species, and it matches geographically.
You could try iNaturalist. I've gotten some helpful ID's on there myself, mostly from invertebrates, but there's experts on all animals on that website.
Alright, So the Blurry picture doesn't really help with the Id, but were looking at some key characteristics here. The leaf-like blend of Black and dirty brown patterns on the Back are similar to a species I have in mind. Again, the Picture quality makes me uncertain. But if we are Looking at Microhyla, I think were looking at a fairly new Third stage young Microhyla Fissipes. The distinct stripes and brown indents on the back and side makes me think its this species. It is definitely Microhyla like @Chlidonias said, and out of the four species Of Microhyla native to the Area this definitely shares the same attributes. @Great Argus You seem to be one with Id's what do you think? @CheeseChameleon2007 I think you're probably right, Microhyla fissipes. I'm not real familiar with this genus but it meets the criteria far as I can tell.
