Yellow-bellied Slider

Unless I'm very much mistaken, that's a Map Turtle -- Yellow-bellied don't have those markings on top of the head.

it is a yellow-bellied slider. They darken with age, so I think this must be a younger one.

Yeah I just compared the two juvenile species and yellow bellied sliders have yellow spots all along their outer shell. The sign even says it's a map turtle but when I heard that a sign falsely said red-eared sliders were also with them, I had doubts.

if I recall correctly from my last visit(2012) they had these guys and Graptemys barbouri in here.
