Moon jellyfish

Moon jellyfish (Aurelia aurita) - BUGS - ZSL London Zoo - 29/10/2011

Found these almost hypnotic, and thought that they would be better to watch than TV they were so relaxing. Also decided that these would be brilliant in doctor's surgeries waiting rooms :p

Beautiful photo Javan Rhino. Jellyfish are one of my favorite aquarium photographic subjects. They are rather hypnotic aren't they?

I've been to aquariums where the jellies actually have soundtracks. With some mellow electronica or ambient music these guys are completely relaxing to watch.
