Out of interest, are they known by a different name in Australia and the USA? Do you use the 'Giant ditch frog' common name for this species? All UK zoos have mountain chicken on the signage for them: http://www.zoochat.com/42/mountain-chicken-sign-242108/

Leptodactylus fallax, from the island of Montserrat. So called because apparently it tastes like chicken.

I've always seen it called a Mountain chicken in the US. Then again, that is only at two locations

The lesson here is that if you go to a restaurant in Montserrat and order the fried or baked chicken, be very clear about what you are actually ordering!
