I found this while going through old photos, this was from Milwaukee County Zoo's Aquatic and Reptile Center from 2017. I believe they share the habitat with the archerfish and scats.
Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto also has mudskippers in the same tank with archerfish. The species there is Atlantic Mudskipper (Periophthalmus Barbarus). We don't recall our photos showing blue eyes but other googled images did. We uploaded an underwater photo. Atlantic Mudskipper - ZooChat
