This is an hylobates muelleri, true albilabris are very rare outside of Kalimantan. Despite their name, the main distinguishing point is their lack of fur on their hand, which shows black coloration.
A lot of zoos with gibbons signed as albilabris are in reality agilis or muelleri gibbons. Only Ragunan and reportedly Batu Secret Zoo have this species in Java.
