I I IanRRobinson 4 Nov 2012 Nice shot, giving happy memories of Whipsnade in days gone by. A pity they don't seem interested in getting them back.

TeaLovingDave 4 Nov 2012 Question is, which one is this? For those who hadn't realised, the male musk ox is actually a different subspecies from the two females.

Bwassa 5 Nov 2012 This is the female, as the male had thicker horns with a bigger boss, but I couldn't get a proper photo of him. Didn't realise they were 2 different subspecies. They only have the one female now.
