Mystery reptile or amphibian tank

Looks like a New Caledonian Giant Gecko (Rhacodactylus leachianus) - plastered to the glass on the right side.

Wondering if that QR code in the top corner is in place of a sign?

@Coelacanth18 it is hard to say, I will mention more when I write my trip report, but the signage was all over the place and the digital signage would rotate for all the herps....meaning the sign next to the display may or may not actually house the animal on the sign.
