Hi Zooish, I hope that you don't mind all of my questions about Night Safari, but this looks like a fascinating place.

Is this cave essentially the reptile/invertebrate house of Night Safari?

For the larger animals like giraffes, elephants, and rhinos, are there barns that serve both the night safari exhibits for these species and their main exhibits in the zoo, or are there completely separate facilities for these species in both places?

@DavidBrown: Not at all, please feel free to ask away.

Yes, you could say the cave is the reptile/invertebrate house. Its the only indoor exhibit in the park. I'll post new pictures of the cave soon.

Night Safari is located on an entirely separate plot of land adjacent to the day zoo, and is a self-contained facility in itself. So for species that are seen at both parks, separate groups are kept. For example, the day zoo houses 3 giraffes while the Night Safari houses 4, and these 2 herds never come into contact.
