Is there a better sloth bear exhibit on the planet than this spacious, naturalistic enclosure? There are loads of hiding and climbing opportunities for the bears, and the mock-rock fits in quite well with the lush background.
This photo does not even show all of the enclosure, as there are close viewing opportunities via large windows and many different vantage points for the bears. I've yet to see another sloth bear exhibit that is even close in terms of quality, and the entire "Asia Trail" area is surely one of the best of the recent mega-complexes built in the past decade in American zoos.
