This cichlid appears to be Neolamprologus cylindricus but cichlids aren't my strong point.
I'm not trying to getting at you with these posts, but often your identifications are posted as being definites when in fact they are just your best guesses. If you don't know what an animal is, it is quite all right to just not put any post on that photo.
